Testament i tetrowa pieluszka

Dziś ruszamy w pierwszy etap naszej Wielkiej Podróży – do Warszawy. Ze stolicy będziemy lecieć do Bangkoku. Dwa korpo ludziki, które zredukowały cały swój dobytek do dwóch wypchanych plecaków. Trochę majtek, T-shirtów i spraye na komary…Nagle okazuje się, że maszyna do odwirowywania sałaty i toster wcale nie są niezbędne do szczęścia.

Nie pamiętam kiedy gęby nam się tak śmiały…

Chociaż pisanie testamentu było bardzo dziwne. Nie planujemy ekstremalnych wyczynów, ale jednak ta mała formalność  w najczarniejszym scenariuszu mogłaby bardzo pomóc naszym bliskim. Trzeba więc było napisać magiczne „na wypadek mojej śmierci” i chwilę się nad tym zastanowić…

Zdobyliśmy też z trudem tetrową pieluszkę – przedmiot archaiczny niczym hubka i krzesiwo. Na wyprawach podobno niezbędna – jako prowizoryczna poduszka albo szybko schnący ręcznik.

Testament – check. Pieluszka – check. No to lecimy!

Today we start the first phase of our Great Journey - to Warsaw. From the Polish capital we will fly to Bangkok. Two corporate fellows, who reduced all their belongings into a pair of stuffed backpacks. Some underwear, T-shirts and anti-mosquito sprays ...  It turns out that lettuce centrifuging machine and toaster are not indispensable.

We do not remember when we smiled so much.

Writing a last will is a strange experience. We do not plan to do anything extreme, but still this one little formality could be helpful for the ones we leave behind. It is done, however pretty weird to think about what should happen "in the event of my death"… 

Lastly, we eventually bought a super difficult to find (if you do not have a baby, and if you know nothing about diapers) a cloth nappy – an object that can be described as archaic in comparison to ubiquitous Pampers. We’ve read so many blogs describing them as a necessary item that we had to. Now we can use it as a pillow or a fast drying towel. Wow!

Last will - check. Diaper/cloth nappy (whatever the English name is) - check. Here we go!
